Event Information

Vendor Fee

• A non-refundable vendor fee of $75.00 is required to secure your space.

• Payment must be received to confirm your participation.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or weather-related issues.

Setup & Breakdown

• Vendors must arrive between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM for setup.

• All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 12:00 PM.

• Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event organizers.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

  • Tent/canopy (recommended for outdoor setup)

  • Tables and chairs

  • Extension cords and power needs (if applicable)

• Vendors must maintain a clean and safe area throughout the event.

• All trash must be properly disposed of before leaving.​

Insurance Requirement

• Vendors are required to have appropriate business liability insurance.

• Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the event.

Permits & Compliance

• Vendors selling food must comply with all local health department regulations.

• Any required licenses or permits are the responsibility of the vendor.

Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

By participating in this event, the vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify:

• Greater Fernandina Beach Church of God

• The City of Fernandina Beach

• Nassau County

from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss.

Loss or Damage

• Greater Fernandina Beach Church of God is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors assume full responsibility for their property and equipment.

Weather Policy

• This event is rain or shine.

• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
